  There's a fair bit of negative reviews for this company, however after having lived in their apartments for nearly 2 years I have very little to complain about. Clean and quite building for the most part. The weekends can get loud but that'd to be expected with four buildings so close in proximity. Quick to respond to any issues I've had with my unit and in a nice end of town.
